8 - 10 December 2025

Australian National University, Canberra, ACT

Leadership Development Summit 2025

Join us at The Australian National University, Canberra this December to reshape leadership development in Australia and beyond.

Back by popular demand after the sold out success of our 2024 summit, this national gathering brings together leadership practitioners, academics and pracademics to explore the future of leadership development.

The theme for 2025 is Tension, Turf and Terrain.

20240324-164942-Enhanced-NRb
  • Tension

Negotiating competing values, power and priorities.
  • Turf

Who holds access to leadership spaces, and who remains excluded.

  • Terrain

The influence of culture, community and place on how leadership is lived.

This is the only event in Australia that actively bridges leadership research and practice, creating space for new ideas, critical inquiry, and collaborative action.

Hosted by The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF), Australian National University (ANU), and Menzies Leadership Foundation, in partnership with The Leadership Network.
